We have been making our own detergent for the last year or more and it has really worked well for us. I do use some spot remover on chocolate, dirt stains, blood or other such things from having two young boys, but any food marks, oil, yogurt, etc, comes out without a mark. Why We Get Fat
So why a book report… haven’t I gotten out of grade school by now? Didn’t I write enough that I should never want to ever write them again? Or not even look at one until I have to review the ones my kids have to write? Well, I do have a goal to read 24 books a year. It is just that… a goal. We Made Butter Today
Ordinarily we use mostly coconut oil or olive oil for our cooking and dressings respectively, but after doing some investigation of Nourishing Traditions and all the benefits we are missing out on, I decided I’d like to start adding more animal fats back into our diet.
