As the feelings of grief and tears are still fresh and raw my heart remembers and grieves for my baby boys and so many other babies. Continue reading “All The Missing Babies”

Overwhlemed
What does it mean to be overwhelmed? To me it means to be overcome completely in mind or feeling, to be overpowered or over come, crushed. And that’s how I feel right now. Continue reading “Overwhlemed”
Dear Jussi
Last Friday we had a little memorial service for our precious little boy, missing from our family. We had it at home and it marked one month since he was delivered. As a family we buried him next to Avi a few weeks ago, but waited a bit for a good day to hold a little service for him, in our home, with close friends and family. Continue reading “Dear Jussi”
Birth of Jussi Emmanuel Mintz
Jussi (YU-si) (God is merciful) Emmanuel (God with us) Mintz
was delivered today,
at 9:29 AM, November 4th at 19 weeks gestation.
He is now safe and well in the arms of Jesus.
The whole family grieves the loss of this precious little one, but also find strength and provision in Christ.
We would appreciate your continued prayers.
These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world.”

What is ‘your life’?
I haven’t really ever done a post like this, but this seems to be a new season in my life, in our family and for the blog too! This post is definitely a bit more philosophical than most, and I think we often don’t take time to slow down, think and contemplate or meditate. So here is an opportunity to read, think and reflect inward. Continue reading “What is ‘your life’?”

CSA Delivery {Week 6}
Last year I was VERY faithful about sending out a weekly email to all the CSA subscribers about what was in their box and how to use it or different recipes using their weekly ingredients.
Here we are 6 weeks in and this is the first post/email about what our boxes contain! Continue reading “CSA Delivery {Week 6}”
Kiddo Khaos
I don’t often blog this kind of stuff, but I also don’t have this much chaos in my house in one given day. There are always mishaps and frustrations and thoughtless things kids do, but these last two days are about all I can handle. I can say I’m SO glad they are all in bed and sleeping! Happy Birthday America
I can easily grow accustom to this ole land and take for granted the freedom I have and it’s great cost. There is really something special about seeing our grand ole flag and hearing the Star Spangled Banner. Pride and love swells in my heart for this land and it’s people. I’m forever grateful for the life God has given me and the land in which I live! There are few days that I think about how blessed I am and this is one of those days. It isn’t often enough that I stop and look at what I have and see what others don’t have all around the world and bow my knee and thank God for his goodness to me.
